The place :
In the heart of Provence, in the south east of France, Hyères is a combination of smells, colours and cicada chirping which makes you forget about the ravages of urbanisation which appear too often in this region. The weather is mild all year long and the sea shows beautiful and changing colours. The spa is located on a peninsula.
Hotels and residences :
Ibis

The Ibis hotel offers a good value for money accommodation, which is very surprising in this region where most hotels are quite expensive. Creating a new more luxurious hotel would allow proposing a type of accommodation matching with spa stays that many people cannot afford. Anyway, the 95 rooms of the hotel are all air-conditioned and although the building is not directly attached to the spa, it is linked to it by an outdoor covered passage. No sea sight but a view over the pine forests.
Rooms have a surface of about 20sqm and they all have a bathtub. There is no equipment in rooms for babies or children but cots are available on demande.
Pets accepted: 10 €/animal/night
Free car park with night watch.
Rooms are adapted for the disabled but they must be either accompanied or have a minimal autonomy.
Restaurants :
Restaurant "Ibis" The restaurant has a large terrace and serves traditional or dietetic menus only on full board). From you table you may smell the maritime pine scents and the smell of the sea melting with the southern tastes of the cuisine.
Sports et leisures :
If your husband is a windsurfer, just tell him the spot of the Almanarre is 5 minutes away from the spa resort and start packing your luggage.
Also you can practice: scuba diving, Jet Ski, sailing, tennis, golf (15 km away) or rent bikes in the resort itself. There is a casino in Hyeres.
